Speaking of Hinata though, one of my favourite things about Whirlpool is still the way one of the reasons he got screwed over is exactly because of how much he cares about Yuta lol.

It's kinda funny when you think about how both Hinata and Yuta are extremely destructive in their own ways, but just in the complete opposite way. They are always sitting at the opposite end of the spectrum with almost everything, it makes me cry.

In that sense, I always feel like Yuta is also extremely menhera towards Shinobu (a little bit) on purpose sometimes exactly because he is trying to test how much he is willing to endure for "the sake of their friendship" like he insists he will.

The more I think about Yuurin the more I really want to see Yuta cross a line with Rinne that not even he can accept for once. No matter how cold Yuta acts towards him, he usually still persists in his attempts to get closer to him and still tries to support him.

I think the key difference here though is that, like. Hinata has pretty much grown out of it by 2x2 though, he acknowledges and admires Yuta exactly because of the way he is able to just live true to himself in a way that he just isn't...

In general I find Yuta's commitment towards making sure he and Hinata actually become indistinguishable from each other extremely fucking insane because what do you mean he admits he is also trying to get used to his sense of taste and adjusting to every small detail that makes them different.
