Male-pattern violence mars every society, and physical, sexual and emotional violence go hand in hand. We should rise in peace and strength against it, everywhere.

Farage doesn’t care. Racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia… Reform can go for it. It didn’t make any difference in America. Trump boasted about his own toxicity and won. Farage is hoping he can do the same here. Just disgraceful that he stands a chance. www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/poli...
Reform UK's candidate in the Makerfield by-election has been accused of making
"degrading" comments about women in another series of resurfaced online posts.
An account linked to Robert Kenyon - who is running against Andy Burnham in the crucial vote - wrote that women can't "ref, drive or give directions" and declared: "I'm sexist, sorry but I am."A spokesperson for Reform UK did not dispute the latest resurfaced comments but instead dismissed them as "locker room banter". In 2016, Donald Trump infamously defending himself after a leaked tape heard him boasting about groping women by describing it as "locker room talk".

Farage plans to ditch workers’ rights, cut the NMW, scrap the Equality Act, legalise discrimination, take us out of the ECHR and have a deregulation bonanza to remove our protections and make it easier to exploit and endanger us… for profit. He couldn’t give a shit about working people.

Reform UK is the true party of the workers now If I am prime minister there will be no tax payable on overtime. Millions will be noticeably better off

I regret to inform you that Starmer’s been tweeting dehumanising videos of migrants again. These videos have been shown to increase support for Reform, by increasing salience of migration. He has to go.

Through his AI policy & his defence policy, Starmer’s approach is dangerous & irresponsible It enmeshes us ever deeper into dependence on the US. We really are losing our sovereignty, but to America, not the EU. & all shrouded by a pantomime of wanting “foreigners out”🤦‍♀️

Is it time for a 2% wealth tax? With me in the studio to discuss this are a trust puppy working for a rightwing think tank, a non-dom billionaire and a couple of FTSE100 chief executives.

Nigel Farage is the next scumbag that the Billionaire Media want in charge of the UK. And like David Cameron and Boris Johnson before him he is a bag of 💩. Just even bigger and with extra racism.

This “big, ugly bill” is dangerous and will destroy rural health care. In Kentucky alone, 35 hospitals are under the threat of closing, stripping care from families, cutting jobs and crippling local economies. 1/2

Remember how they lied about Brexit? Unsurprisingly, they're lying about ECHR too. Don't give up your rights!! 👇

I've just watched Attenborough's Oceans film. It's excellent. But my overwhelming feeling is "at last!" I've been waiting, and fruitlessly lobbying, for a film like this for 40 years. But the institutional cowardice of the broadcasters has stymied such projects, until now.

Interest rates in the UK and the USA are way too high, as a comparison with the Eurozone proves. That's because of their incompetent economic leaders. youtu.be/8xnNbA1DOI8?...

Where is the UK economy now? youtu.be/Y3hPMyU1o4k?... The UK economy need not be stuck in a rut. It’s Rachel Reeves’ choice that it is. If only she demanded lower interest rates from the Bank of England and let the government spend to transform public services, we could be in a great place.
