Today's drawing! Gotta love the future King of the pirates ☠️

Luffy in his Wano arc gear, straw hat slung onto his back as he sucks in a piece of straw and looks angrily confused.

A side portrait of Saria, Link's friend from Ocarina of Time.

Third drawing day! I saw Death's Door in the Steam Sale and I'm PRETTY SURE I should buy it.

A crow with pure white eyes, standing and bearing a dark blade across its chest.

Noise canceling is great, I walk to and from work and don't really hear the cars much at all. I only use the phone app to call my parents but don't get complaints XD

Not sure how they compare to AirPods, but these are mine and I love them: us.nothing.tech/products/cmf... (though I got them when they were new; newer models are available.)

It's October, which means a drawing every day! Wahoo!

Thank you <3 I need to draw more. It brings a lot of joy.

Thanks friend! I kept adding elements of my own cat to it where I had to redo it at the end to make it look more like the cat I was drawing lol. Guess it takes a while to heal up.

Art commission time! Here's my drawing of an adorable little floof who sadly passed away recently. Hopefully they're napping on the best cloud in the sky.

A long-haired cat resting on a soft blanket. The drawing is done with black ink on white paper. The style is more on the realistic side with both small etchings and longer strokes depending on the hair length. Textures like the blanket and nose use cross hatching.

Everyone in my company just got a raise, which is great! I'm thankful! I REALLY AM. But! They kinda hyped it up in a way that, upon the actual raise hitting, feels super disappointing and almost insulting given the percentage. ESPECIALLY with this damn economy the way it is.

Just watched the new Resident Evil! After the reviews I've seen I knew I'd want to see it, and it held up! Very campy, doesn't take itself seriously, gore-for-the-fun-of-it goodness, with a lot of humor. You can enjoy it without knowledge of the series, too. 👍

Hey @xbox.com, have you tried firing your rich executives to save money instead? They obviously suck at their jobs.

My sister introduced me to gaming through Super Mario Bros. 2 and the original Dragon Warrior (Quest). I've loved platformers and RPGs ever since.

I didn't like this one at all. I've enjoyed all the other movies in the series so it was extra disappointing :(

Ah, let me just stand up after drawing on the couch for an hour. *back-breaking, bone-shaking cracks* Ya know, I think I need a proper drawing desk.

I also remember this being the start of my siblings watching Fox News 24/7 and turning into deeply conspiratorial pre-Tea Party/Trump Era people. The zeitgeist of "patriotism" really did fuck up a lot of people and led to a lot of terrible, awful shit.

I remember waking up on 9/11 and walking down to our living room. My parents & grandparents were all watching everything unfold on TV. I'd watched for only a few minutes before the first tower went down. As a 14-year-old it was frightening, especially knowing war would likely come after.

Uh, Apple is known for designing Aesthetically Pleasing Products, right? This just looks... so... bad? Like, really bad?

Image of the new Apple Duo, their first folding phone. It looks like a teenager mopped it up in Photoshop circa 2013.

Wrong top state, but nailed my city.

A "dialect map" showing mins centered in the western United States, with a streak forming through Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and California. One of the "most similar cities" is Salt Lake City, UT.

A few years ago I was messing around with my hacked 3DS and ended up losing all my Pokémon gen 6 & 7 saves, which happened to be where all my previous gen Pokémon were too. Sad days :(

I often feel deeply nostalgic for the internet of 20 years ago. I miss micro blogs and RSS feeds and learning basic ass HTML and stumbling on untouched corners of the web ran by wizards.

If they pay as much attention to videos as they do their products (which with AI shouldn't be much), you could do a sponsorship that just says how terrible the product is and tell people not to use it XD

I see a ton of AI "art" here in SLC. A lot of art shows/places are banning it, thankfully, but businesses are doing tons of it: all the gig/band posters are the same generated slop, one of the breweries uses it for all their can designs, etc.

The great thing about Montana (and I guess everywhere that isn't Utah) is that you can get actual beer/alcohol without having to visit a government-run liquor store.

I feel like Pokémon peaked back in the Black & White/Black & White 2 days. Though I've *enjoyed* each game since then, I feel like each one is lacking in some particular way and never feels like a complete experience. I'm hoping the extra dev time of Winds and Waves will bring back that gen 5 magic.
