Level complete, DKC2 style! Was great revisiting my end of level anims from 1995. Also, colour commissions now unlocked!

A great underdog tale. Someone should make a film about it

I always wanted to see K. Rool and his very own animal buddy canonically interacting. In my heart and mind, this is as official as it gets! Absolutely so thrilled!! I hope my fellow fans of the Kaptain-King enjoy looking at this almost as much as I will enjoy having it on my wall! :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR My first video to ever blow up was a very negative review of Yooka-Laylee. I don’t take back anything I said in that video However, its remake Yooka-RePlaylee is absolutely incredible. Amazing what a difference 8 years can make, @playtonicgames.com Watch here, youtu.be/fCL68PT1SW4

Donkey Kong Country may have turned out well in the end, but this series of shots taken by an SG IndyCam in 1994 shows the stress the team were under at the time

25 years since we released Banjo-Tooie! Have a boss-montage. Bosses are always the most fun to make. See how big and strong Mr Patch is!

Assembling these freaks for Tooie's 25th. Seems to be taking ages, but getting there now!

Yooka-Replaylee is out now on... well EVERYWHERE! 💚💜 The open world 3D platforming epic with hundreds of collectibles to discover, an evil capitalist bee to defeat, and a snake in trousers await! It's bigger. It's better. It's Yooka-Replaylee!

I’m still early into Yooka-Replaylee but… They did it! Immediately - controls better, looks better, sounds better, paced SO MUCH better, and funnier. And I say this as someone who still does not like the original Yooka-Laylee. But Replaylee so far is good, maybe even great!

Renders were always done towards the end of a project, when no more art was allowed and the coders were busy bug-fixing. Any art-person who wanted to could have a go, that's why there's a real mix of stuff
