Our annual Pride Picnic encouraged staff to brave the UK heat in the name of #PrideMonth! The bright and bold celebrations served as a beautiful reminder that Rare welcomes everyone (and the factor 50 sunscreen on offer kept everyone's skin un-singed during the celebrations too).

We first encouraged people to set sail into our silly adventure-filled pirate sandbox @seaofthieves.com eight whole years ago, and we celebrated that this week with CAKE! And NOTEBOOKS! Both were delicious. A sincere thank you to everyone who's ever played in the past 2920 days 💙💛

A very tall cake inspired by Sea of Thieves. The swirly icing is a gradient of green to blue, while black Kraken tentacles rise from the base and curl over the top, among official models based on the game. It looked nowhere near this impressive two minutes later once a knife was introduced to it and now this is the only memory we have of it. Photos are precious.

Three navy notebooks sit on a table dressed in a Sea of Thieves branded tablecloth. The notebooks also feature a bronze emblem of a gryphon with an eight emblazoned on its hind quarters. Correcting that to a nine for next year will be easy, at least.

It was Conker's Bad Fur Day's 25th anniversary last week, and to mark the occasion @robinbeanland.com, the original composer of that bawdy ordeal, has whipped up a remix of its iconic club music! 'Rock Solid Revitalised' is available now on a bunch of music platforms. Marvellous.
