Every smile in this photo hides a story of survival. we continue to face discrimination, hunger, lack of medication, and the daily uncertainty of where our next meal will come from. Some of our shelters have been destroyed, and many of us live with fear, trauma, and very limited support🌈

Today, we woke up to this rainbow above our camp. Despite hunger, discrimination, violence and uncertainty, it reminded us that hope is still alive. We may be struggling, but we remain strong, united, and determined to fight for a future of safety, dignity, and equal rights for all LGBTQ+ refugees🌈❤️

A Refugee’s Heart I left my home not because I wanted to, but because I needed to survive. As an LGBTQ+ refugee, I have faced fear, rejection, and loss. Yet through every struggle, I continue to stand strong. I may have lost a home, but I have not lost my hope, my dignity, or my ability to love. 🏳️‍🌈❤️

Its really nice because it reduces stress, improves cardiovascular health and also increases strength as it is a miderate-intensity activity that combines exercise with nature exposure. It improves welbeing. All in all its really nice to work in gardens. 🫂🏳️‍🌈
