The Thule Subterra bag I bought when I started college in 2017 finally gave out 7 years later in 2024. I emailed Thule and they swapped it under warranty with a Subterra 2, cool. New bag didn’t even make it 2 years before a zipper pull just completely broke off. Sigh. Time for an LTT bag, I think.
