I used to work for his dad. It was a tiny ISP with about 2000 customers and less than a dozen staff, back in the early-mid 2000s. Ron Brand was his name and he was one of the two co-owners. The most overbearing, toxic person you could ever work for. We were lucky he was hardly ever there.
