Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 27/09/2026i feel like making or adopting an oc design that really resonates with you is a LOT harder than just making someone elses design cuz its cool looking😭 010
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 27/09/2026Oh content isnt even a part of my worries, im still not a "content creator" imo. I just really hate my own design work when i attempt something original 😅 other people are much better at that and i love honoring their work by creating a real piece based of it 110
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 27/09/2026oh i got ideas its just hard for me to put it into a visual concept sketch. And id want to make it an unique creature not just a copy of the dress like i do with making cosplay I totally get that though, i wish i had more time and money to do all my ideas 000
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 27/09/2026every once in a while i look up the mugler chimere dress and im like man i wish i was artistic enough to design like a harpy oc inspired by it but i suck at that kinda stuff (i mean im a cosplayer after all, im just good at building other peoples amazing designs instead of making my own) 5959
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 26/09/2026use alcohol spray to get tpu off the plate + remove supports 120
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 24/09/2026only on their amazon store. Specifically labeled tpu air 95A. Not sure why its not on their own website yet 220
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 24/09/2026Slightly stiffer foam tpu, new tpu air 95A by siraya tech which enables faster, more reliable printing, and more complex designs 👌 4809
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 23/09/2026yeah most of my masks barely need any springs if it fits your face properly but you could wrap a piece of thin elastic band around the whole thing if necessary. I think @magpiebones.bsky.social masks are very similar like that 010
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 22/09/2026and yeah 15 is really rigid so you might be good with just a hinge part. But i've done hinged eva foam masks before and you definitely need something of a frame to prevent it from stretching too much and undoing the force applied for the rotation and just stretching the mask 010
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 22/09/2026yeah kinda like that! you could inlay it while casting the foam if you are able to keep it somewhat in the right place without the foam pushing it away while its expanding 310
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 22/09/2026hell if the foam is sturdy enough then probably just a lil flat 3dprinted hinge that you can stick in either side will work 110
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 22/09/2026would 3dprint a simple round frame/border (shaped like a bear trap basically) that you can embed into the top and bottom of the foam head and cut it open drop it in. Youd need to cut out a wedge from the jaw to pop in the bolt for the pivot and remove bulk for the rotating part 110
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 22/09/2026thats a great looking one, also love the movement on the extended neck/head 030
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 20/09/2026I use alecpea silicone superglue. Runny like water but man that stuff works insane on any type of rubber. Specifically the alecpea brand 131
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 20/09/2026Easy to use silicone foam or foam latex that doesnt fail when you glance at it would be gamechanging 130
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 16/09/2026Something i wanted to try! @smoothon has this epoxy flexer additive and it works in xtc3d which is an epoxy coating of course Look how nice this is on foam tpu 👀 not tacky at all 4423
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 12/09/2026blinks are automatic and jaw is linked to my mouth movement 110

Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 11/09/2026lol how often have u been tagged by now @misscryptidart.bsky.social 😂 000
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 11/09/2026the torque stall i usually get from micros are 2kg/cm i believe? you can look up the ratings for example on servo SG90 111
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 10/09/2026damn youre the first person ive ever seen who doesnt like dragons 100
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 10/09/2026Yeah not bad, especially because i could airbrush the fabric and wipe off the paint from the caulked scales while the fabric grabs the paint much faster, so i could bring back the white highlights in areas 110
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 09/09/2026love it! the border was quite cool but its nice like this too 020
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 08/09/2026I was looking for some ultra high density eva foam in the usa and i found avetco.leather and they were kind to send me a sample pack of lots of their eva with densities over 150kg/m3! It feels so nice and stiff almost like tooling leather Super promising for some future projects 3455
Willow Creative @willowcreativ.com · 25/08/2026Ive seen it at other comic/anime cons before and i love the idea, unfortunately ppl don't usually go with the intention to be 3d scanned so clothing/costumes etc aren't ideal for getting a scan done 040
