This Consent Decree does not constitute an admission by the Combined Entity that it has violated any federal or state antitrust law, unfair competition law, or any other applicable law. The Combined Entity enters into this Consent Decree solely for the purpose of resolving the joint investigation conducted by the Attorneys General and avoiding the cost, delay, and uncertainty of litigation.
Construction. This Consent Decree shall be construed without regard to any resumption or rule requiring construction against the Party causing it to be dratte he headings and captions of the Articles and Sections of this Consent Decree ar inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Consent Decree.
