I was in Stockholm 20 years ago with my daughter, about the same age as the little one in your photo. She was walking in front of me towards the steeple of St Clara’s. And I saw her head tilt back as she followed the spire up into the sky. And then she tilted so far she fell onto her back.

Is this how it works with bloc politics? We’re not talking about one party replacing another in a 2 party system. The Greens can alienate those voters and, in seats where they matter, Labour can be the open bloc champion. From the bloc perspective, it’s fine.

I don’t really get labels like this on my #mincepies. An air fryer and an oven both cook by heating the outside of the item with hot air. If the air fryer heats the interior faster, it can only be by delivering more heat at the surface. So why not just turn the oven up higher and cook faster?

No surprise Vieira has been sacked at Genova. Went to see the game on Wednesday and they were terrible for Serie A. I saw Accrington Stanley a couple of years ago against Torquay and both of them were better. But fabulous atmosphere at the stadium. Noisy, colourful, young and fun. #COYS

This passage strikes me as true of judges in general when making law. Certainly in the UK. They dislike confrontation with the executive. Prefer to find a path that’s not black and white. Trump is moving the legal equivalent of the Overton Window and it is going to be effective but not completely so
