pam & mike at WB were crazy to give it a budget as massive as they did. RIP 🙏

i went in the dark on purpose! iñárritu does make a banger every once in awhile (at worse they’re an interesting mess) and cruise just looked insane and i had to find out how they spent $150 million on this thing lol

i have no knowledge of the providence of this meme and i’m choosing to believe it’s not and just another male member of the anthropomorphic canine species lol

it’s a weird catch 22 cause it is the most interesting part of the film and the whole reason it was made but it lands way better when you’re totally in the dark on it (as most twists usually do)

120

i deeply loved it and have been thinking about it non stop for two days now but it’s a very weird film lol

we just briefly tried that and they went nuts and now we’re in the biggest fascist slideback in modern american history

120

absolutely see it in a theatre, it really sparkles in vistavision, but a normal screening is fine imo. just don’t let it pass and watch it at home or it’ll be totally intolerable lol

my fav speedo was getting worn down so i bought a replacement from the same brand and the new one is made of slightly different material which is super comfy but it’s hyper revealing lmao

remember reading a bio of him when the discovery merger first happened and thought to myself damn this guys clueless and gonna fuck up WB even more than it already is, but didn’t think he’d screw up SO bad the studio wouldn’t even be independent any more

lol yeah the majority of the film is fine at best, but honestly the underwater stuff blows my mind cause from a technical perspective it's insane that they filmed all that in the 60s. no modern film would ever do all that except for james cameron lol
