Bonelli’s Warbler at @flamboroughbird.bsky.social this morning. Unfortunately it didn’t call when I was there and I believe it still hasn’t called since, so confirming Western or Eastern ID yet to be determined. @rarebirder.bsky.social @birdguides.bsky.social #eastyorksbirding

A fab day today at @flamboroughbird.bsky.social The absolute highlight was seeing a Thresher Shark breaching four times. Then a good mix of birds on the sea watch including four Long-tailed Skua. I told my 8yr old boy when I got back and he made a song for me! suno.com/s/Zb8GB9MBmN...

Back at my favourite place today, @flamboroughbird.bsky.social , walking the Headland/Old Fall route. Quiet overall but 2 Spot Fly (sure there were more), 2 Yellow Wags, good numbers of hirundines, a Goldie and a few other bits and pieces around the headland. #eastyorksbirding

A quick run down to @spurnbirdobs this morning to have a look for the Buff-bellied Sandpiper at KW and BP. Alas no luck, but White-rumped Sandpiper still there, plus summer plum Curlew Sand, GWE, winter dress Little Gull and of course the fab Little Terns. #eastyorksbirding

Very late into the action (as always), but following my recent run of dips, the Long-tailed Shrike on the Glos/Oxon border stuck around long enough for me to catch up with it this morning. A cracking bird, showing well. Very happy today! ✅🐦
