I have found a cure for "I just quit drinking and I cant sleep worth fuck" syndrome. Get yourself a grounding sheet that plugs into an outlet.. it discharges your body. also get a heated 50 x 60 "Blankie" for your bed. sleep warm and with cats. You will sleep soundly #recoveryposse
