What a beautiful description. You made me think of the Edgar Degas paintings & studies of ballet dancers, and the sugarplum fairies from the Nutcracker.

Album Cover. Tchaikovsky. Rows of ballet dancers, en pointe, with floating tutus & raised arms. Ballerinas doing the Nutcracker Ballet Suite dance of the sugarplum fairies.
