The Keeper and the Dread Wolf: A Randy Dowager Exhibition feat. Dhavihal Lavellan (she/her) Was just having some fun with the idea of a smut book inspired by my Lavellan. Enjoy! #dragonage #solas #lavellan #ocsky #solavellan #myart

Solas and Dhavihal Lavellan embrace in the style of a romance novel cover. Solas holds Dhavihal from behind and to one side and reached to kiss the corner of her lips. One of his hands is on her waist, and the other hikes her skirt up to her upper thigh. Dhavihal sits across his lap, most of her leg exposed, with one hand up under his wolf shroud and the other over his on her thigh. Solas wears his Trespasser armor with a black wolf shroud covering the upper half of his face and shoulders. Dhavihal wears a sleeveless green gown with vining gold leaf and red poppy accents. There are red roses and red butterflies in her hair. Dhavihal is a brown-skinned elf with pale facial tattoos, moles, and dark brown curly hair. Surrounding them is a faux gold foil art nouveau border, with the words “May the Dread Wolf take her… again and again.” to the left, and “The Keeper and the Dread Wolf: A Randy Dowager Exhibition” at the bottom, like a book title.

This is so disrespectful to the intentional art direction of devs. If devs wanted to lean in to hyper realism they would. This also drastically changes key aspects of visuals like character features, focal points, lighting and so on. What a terrible invention. Nvidia should shelve this one 😭

This obsession with hyperrealism is honestly so tiring. People just assume that more realistic graphics = progress, and it’s such a limited way of looking at things. When everything is chasing the exact same “realistic” look it all starts to blend together

The contributor spotlight for wicked snack, a page artist. The sample art shows an illustrated portrait of Zelda in a gold crown and pink dress with gold ornamentations. The second page of the contributor spotlight for wicked snack. The text reads, “Wicked Snack is a self-taught artist who loves working with TRRPGs and OCs especially. One of the earliest games they can remember experiencing is Ocarina of Time, and Zelda’s been stuck in their heart ever since <3” Underneath is a question and answer. Question: “What is your favorite Zelda quote or moment?” Answer: “the reveal that sheik is Zelda still gets me”

🌸 My favorite four from this year. 🌸 This was actually so hard to pick! And there were others that I would've liked to share but were for zines that haven't come out yet or are patreon exclusives <3

Dhavihal Lavellan (a brown-skinned elf with short dark hair) stands in the foreground, cradled from behind by Solas (a pale-skinned and bald elf) in his Trespasser armor, who holds her left hand up to kiss it as Fade smoke spills from the palm, swirling around the scene. Behind them both, a shadow that features 7 eyes arranged like a Pride demon's looms.

Dhavihal Lavellan is an elf with brown skin and long, curly hair. She sits next to a large, black wolf with 6 eyes, who nuzzles into her left hand. Her gown ends in a cascade of folds around the bottom of the painting. The background is inspired by the art nouveau movement and features the text "Inquisitor Dhavihal Lavellan"

A digital art piece inspired by Mucha's "Flirt" featuring Rue and Hobb from A Court of Fey and Flowers. Rue stands demurely to the viewer's left, their hands held in front of them with large feathered wings flowing off of their arm, in a billowing black dress with rose detailing and large, poofy sleeves. A pearl necklace encircles their feathered neck, and black roses cascade from the top of their head. To the viewer's right is Hobb in a white and gold military number. His head is down, eyes closed, as if he's trying to work up the courage to say something, with his right hand raised in a closed fist and his left hand near his hips, also closed except for his extended pinkie, matching the pose of the original piece. It reads "Flirt" at the top and "A Court of Fey and Flowers" along the bottom.

Haruka Tenoh (a tall girl with pixie-cut blond hair) dips Michiru Kaioh (a slender girl with long, curly, teal hair) into a kiss inspired by a pose from the Sailor Moon manga, originally featuring Usagi Tsukino and Mamoru Chiba. They are surrounded by an art nouveau-inspired inlay, with a full moon behind them, and clouds that obscure their feet.

My favorite four from this year 🦋🍓🌈🔥 #art #oc

A drawing of two chibi characters. On the left, a man in white with fairy wings dips the man on the right, who is a manikin dressed in all black. They appear to be dancing, but the manikin is inactive and being pulled around by the fairy. The background is a bright blue stained glass design with sparkles and butterflies scattered over it.

A half body portrait of a fairy with green wings, pale skin, and long red hair styled in big ringletts. She wears a white and red petal dress and holds a strawberry. The jewelry was designed by rosuraie.

A digital drawing of a character with pale skin and short pink hair. Her eye is gold and stares open wide. She wears white with rainbow accents, and a rainbow stained glass top that has been shattered by a golden sword. She has three sets of wings.

A chibi drawing of a fire genasi with long black hair that fades to red at the tips. She wears Chinese fashion and has a giant phoenix behind her. The background is a teal stained glass heart.

Important people understand a part of the development of these projects is making sure the use case for the police is built in. We’re not getting ever more intrusive surveillance as a side effect of convenience but with the idea police departments etc will buy them for the purpose of surveillance.

As expanded upon in the replies: "don't cross the picket line" is a call for solidarity from other workers. It means don't be a scab. If a union asks for a boycott, we boycott. Why wouldn't they want one? Strategy. Amazon will feel the effects of a labor action more if demand remains steady.

Buying from independent artists this season is an incredible thing to do, but please remember that we are not amazon. Most of the time it's just one of us and a label printer and some envelopes dropping stuff off at the local post office and crossing our fingers that it gets there.

A digital illustration of Jinx as she appears in Arcane floating in water, her hair all around her. Floating with her between her fingers is an energy ball, which she is looking down towards in a forlorn kind of way.

Regrets of the Dread Wolf feat. Dhavihal Lavellan (she/her) #datvspoilers #davspoilers #veilguardspoilers #da4spoilers #myart / #myocs / #dhavihallavellan / #solas / #solavellan

Solas (a bald, pale-skinned elf in black and gold armor) stands looking up at the statue of Dhavihal Lavellan (an elf with long curly hair), whose neck is held in the maw of a great wolf. From the spot where the wolf grips her neck, she bleeds a glowing green liquid, which illuminates both of their faces, both full of sorrow. The statue cups her left hand to catch the liquid, his hands are reaching up towards her face. The piece is surrounded with an art nouveau-style border that reads "Dreadwolf" and "Regret"

The border features triforces and gold embellishments and reads "silent princess zine" up the left side and "preorders open now! / silentprincesszine.bigcartel.com" along the bottom.
