Tomintoul Palate: spicy, meaty and warming; chipotle and lime tortilla chips, ancho chillies, crispy chilli beef, char siu pork. Texture is nice and thick. Reduced palate sweetens, with licorice allsorts and fisherman's friends #DrinkHIP
