living in america’s farmland and being the sensitive little weirdo i am means that in the fall it feels like im dying of allergies and some of it is for sure molds but lots of it is farmers using herbicides to dry down crops before harvest and i hate being the canary in the coal mine.

also, tbc, i didn’t name it that, that’s what it was titled. and since this is my first real attempt at this i’m pretty stoked. it was supposed to be like a sun catcher kinda, not in a frame - so im going to maybe experiment with lines to the frame from the edges then doing clear ish texture

i would give recommendations BUT i’m gluten free and it’s a lil different beast. this dough will develop gluten and stretch if you knead it but it’s entirely unnecessary. i do like to add a drizzle of olive oil to the dough! (i made the regular stuff and kinda messed it up bc im so used to gf)

do you know about two ingredient dough?? it’s self-rising flour and yogurt. it makes great pizza crust and naan and all sorts (i make lil stuffed buns and donuts…pretty much everything) i’m allergic to wheat and yeast so it’s been revolutionary personally
