Agree, a real *good* cream cheese frosting, applies in the correct thickness, on carrot (or better yet, pistachio) cake is magnificent. Originally, iirc, it used cocoa processed to a different level hence its red colour and mild flavour... But yeah, just dye now. Mid.

I lucked out and nabbed the Far Side collections 1-4 at the secondhand shop today. His work is so cursed, but beautiful. Apparently, "Thagomizer" was made into the scientific term for that part of the Stegosaurus (iirc)
