dead meat

an illustration of cameron seong baccay, a short, pudgy filipino teenager. they have medium toned skin and dark hair that's cut just below their chin. they stand at the right side of the illustration with their hands in their pockets. haunt is dressed in a black hoodie with a skeletal design under a plain green t shirt, dark grey jeans with orange, black, and green patches, and hiking boots. she has a carabiner clipped to their belt loop with a key and a swiss army knife on it. she looks upwards with a look of concern. the background is a very abstracted picture of an evergreen forest, pushed into limited, radiated hues of brown, red, and muddy yellow green. overlayed atop is a loose outline of florence seong kobayashi's head, which itself is overlaid with all caps text reading "this town will eat you alive."

shakedown zine out at shakedownzine.itch.io RIGHT NOW!!! #homestuck #heartsboxcars

An illustration of Hearts Boxcars from the Homestuck Intermissions. He is a large dersite carapacian with a slightly heavy-set build. HB rides on a white horse with a reddish brown saddle and bridle, which is accented with heart-shaped buckles. HB is dressed solid gunmetal armor, with heart detailing on the chest plate, shoulders, and knee pads. He holds a polearm with heart shaped cutouts on each side. He is riding through a grassy meadow with short mountains in the far distance, and the image is labelled "February" in a fairy-tale like gothic font. a purple-blooded homestuck/hiveswap troll with wavy horns and metal arms leaning towards the viewer. he wears a wide grin as he inspects the viewer with a magnifying glass, which distorts his eye. his other hand lifts a pair of slim swirly sunglasses. his hair is vaguely shaped like a goose, and he is dressed in a purple suit with a light silken tie and gold lapels.

concept work for a course im taking #furryart

illustrations of varying completion. bubbly text reads “polar isle” and in small letters below “board of tourism”. the top right corner shows a blue high speed train traveling through a snowy pine forest in a painterly style, and the opposing corner contains two anthro characters, a cat and a rabbit. the cat is dressed in soft magentas and the rabbit is dressed in pale blues, both in nice winter clothes. there is a messy sketch to the bottom right of a mug with a snowflake on it.

the characters from the previous image sketched loosely in various locations. highton is in golden hues and shows the two at a cafe. wistel is depicted in rosy pinks and the two are playing ring toss. in new altair they watch the sun set over the water in rich purple tones, and in santa mariana they lean against each other inside as the snow falls.

DISTANCE ☁️ available as a 5x7 print on my ko-fi ☕: ko-fi.com/whethernet/s... #homestuck #juneegbert

a lovingly rendered illustration of june egbert standing on a cliff overlooking the Land of Wind and Shade. June, 13 in this illustration, has short hair that blows in the wind and wears a blue-green suit. She holds a pogo hammer with slimer gracing the crown of it. There is a leafless tree to her left with glowing blue mushrooms growing at the base of it and fireflies gathered around its branches, and the cliff she stands on is composed of deep blue rock. In the distance shines Skaia, a white and blue marble, casting a pale blue glow over the entire landscape that stretches out in front of her. It is partially obscured by rolling grey clouds. Less noticeable are the three planets orbiting it and prospit, just barely eclipsing it. A dark river of oil runs down the centre of the planet, bordered by glowing patches of cyan, too far away to make out properly.

you know this one girl with hair like this? #dnd #dungeonsanddragons #dndoc

a bust illustration. dinah liu, a chinese woman, looks at the viewer judgementally. she has tan skin and minor facial scarring. her eyes are gold and her dark hair is cut short with longer sections in front of her ears. she has some facial piercings and is dressed in a black tank and a pendant necklace. the whitespace around dinah is filled with doodles, mostly featuring her tattoos. dinah has a sleeve on her left arm of stars and celestial patterning and a large back tattoo of a winged heart with the word lobster inside of it.

two sketches of dinah. one is a bust shot where she looks up out of screen and the other is a knees-up shot with her standing with an arm held behind her back. she wears a black cropped tank and baggy cargo pants in both.

a fun y2k charmie!

an illustration of an anthropomorphic dog girl with angel wings and a halo, sat on a blank background and smiling up at the viewer. the image is at an exaggerated angle to give the impression of a fish eye lense, which alongside a faux-printed texture and lens flare is meant to make the image look like a photo in a magazine. she's wearing a vest top, a jacket slipping off her shoulders and a pair of capris and slip-on shoes, and her hair is short and wavy with a large ahoge. her ears are large, fluffy and floppy and she has a long, fluffy tail. overall the image has a y2k aesthetic.

welcome to roadkill world. i draw weirdos and losers and i have big feelings on the american highway system. check out my webcomic at burkespoint.net/lgl/ and commission me at ko-fi.com/whethernet .

anatomical reference for roadkill, the artist's fursona. he is a gray jackalope with darker fur at extremities and a dark mullet. he has reflective eyes, sharp teeth, and white pawpads.

outfit and info for ROADKILL. she uses he/she and is a butch american jackalope. she wears a white graphic tee, black jeans, a green battle vest, and rectangular framed glasses, as well as having a dark messenger bag slung over his shoulder, though the outfit can change. he is superimposed over a photo of the road at night. flavour text reads: "thing that you think you've seen dead on the roadside before but nope, here she is lighting a cigarette outside a punk show. cheers!"
