Trying to find a padded folding counter height chair that i can use while i cook & wash up etc because of my back/leg is proving to be a harder task than i thought. Can’t get a heavy barstool because of my muscle atrophy.🫠 If anyone has a recommendation for a lightweight one, it would be welcomed x

My boys are sat in the garden with the burn bin going - a lot of boxes to burn with me being immobile & having to order basics like shampoo - & just chilling with a beer & music is pure summer vibes. Feels like things are finally more ‘normal’ despite me still not being fixed.. My heart is happy. 🥰

One of the things I’m struggling with the most with these newly acquired disabilities is not being able to get things done as quickly as i used to, can’t even vacuum the house in one go without my legs going. I’m fine, but it’s having an impact on my headspace lately. I can feel myself isolating. 😅

Promised 17 driving lessons for his 18th birthday in August, so I’ve decided to get my old C3 fixed up and safe (dodgy wheel arm) so he and his brother can share it for a bit to learn with me/when they pass and build up their no claims. I’m going to regret this, aren’t i? 😂

Had a go on the rowing machine while watching the first half of Everton - low resistance, i’m not silly - to try and start slowly rebuilding strength. Devastated to see no immediate ab and calf muscle definition afterwards. It’s obviously all a scam. I quit.
