So after all the phone stress…the night before my front tooth chipped and I had a panic attack and collapsed for a second. Yesterday was some of the worst anxiety I’ve had ever but I’m a bit better today. It’s all just a lot to deal with all at once.

I lost some music and pictures and my anxiety is just apocalyptic atm but I have a working phone now and I’m coming down from the anxiety slowly but it’s getting there. I just feel like I’m walking on egg shells, I’m on extreme fight or flight mode. my system is waiting for something else to happen.
