russia can't do microelectronics very well, a lot of components are probably off the shelf consumer grade stuff from China or smuggled from the US. Satellite testing and integration equipment is probably another issue. Idk if they can even make a good oscilloscope

rassvet 3 has been revised down to 500km operational orbit, but of 32 launched, only 17 has reached 500km, 9 are between 400-498km, and the others are still very low at around 250-300km. 1 was lost it's definitely not enough, probably because they have really bad ion thrusters

stocks, like bonds, are a way to create liquidity technically liquidity isn't "value", per se, but it is important it's like forming a hole and an electron in a semiconductor, the net charge stays the same, but an electron in the conduction band and hole in the valence band can move freely

yeah because replacing windows due to natural wear and tea also counts as economic activity much like building new infrastructure because the old ones are getting too old we have to constantly upkeep our society and especially public infrastructure
