For people with periods, I've been using the clue app @clueapp.bsky.social and I love it so much. It's helping me a lot to keep track of my feelings/flow/cycle. They have a specific setting for those trying to get pregnant or in the perimenopause, etc... highly recommend

Maybe a lot of this was due to the fact that I became really anxious and depressed and the internet - Tumblr for me especially - was a place where I felt I could be more open and honest about how I felt while simultaneously finding people who enjoyed the same things I did
