Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Wyvern down! It's kinda incredible how much faster this one went compared to the first two. Having consistent access to strong aoe damage really is a helluva drug lmao wyvern was first try compared to cernunnos' fifth try 120
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 03/10/2026spokane ren faire was so fun <3 was so hot but it was a wonderful time nontheless 040

Finally got past the first real wall in Cernunnos, probably couldve done it 5 levels earlier but! I didnt figure out his counter timing until the final attempt 2102

Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 17/09/2026honestly the more im online these days the more i see this discourse or that and im just. tired, lol i need to engage with the local community more but its so hard finding events that are related to my interests and within my budget 040
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 15/09/2026I went to a wrestling event (hosted by @relentlesspnw.bsky.social) over the weekend with some friends from out of town, this was the best picture we got :3 We had a wonderful time! 091
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 09/09/2026I have so many fun plans for my guests this weekend and im just. What if I dont stop. what if i just *keep* getting out, going to events, hanging out at the tea shop late at night. What if I embrace the spirit of touching grass What if I Make An Effort 050
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 08/09/2026ok so 3x soverign, 1x medic and 1x gunner is a horrid meme comp for EO Nexus but... its kinda working? actually managed to clear the first floor's boss without grinding (just took 2 tries and like 60 turns lol) 221

Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 04/09/2026its just frustrating because this is the *last* wall for the solo, and its extremely possible. if I can get to turn 51 its super doable! the eo1 rng is just so damn *stubborn*. I try 5 different things and get the same rng on each one- and theres no documentation on how the rng works out there 120
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 04/09/2026i really wish savestates were possible on the etrian hd collection haha the runback to the rng manip being legitimately two minutes before even getting into the battle is soul crushing for being able to throw things at the wall played for 3h tonight and made literally zero progress 020
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 03/09/2026good news is that my car's issue was a bad cable and should be an easy cheap fix bad news is that they found two unrelated things wrong that *wont* be a cheap fix and also I need new tires lmao 130
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 02/09/2026pulled the rest of my ps2 and ps4 games from my closet and wahaha three whole shelves >:3 380
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 01/09/2026ordered some custom switch case spines! i want to do my whole collection at some point, they just make it look way better than the wall of red <3 290
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 31/08/2026car is towed, can worry about how much the mechanic bill will be instead of just worrying about getting the car there now <3 000
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 27/08/2026look at this beautiful man I saw!! her shoulders look like a Baboon :3 I may be misremembering, but the wiry antennae mean he's a boy! the fulffy antennae are girls i love bugs 040
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 26/08/2026Reallyyy hoping SFB games does a physical release for Mermaid Mask and Tangle Tower eventually They did one through fangamer for Crow Country so im hopeful :3 020
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 26/08/2026the way rng works in Etrian 1 is so strange, honestly. it seems like the only things that properly change/advance the seed are Basic Attack Attacking Skill Defensive Skill Healing Skill/Item and Misc item By all accounts different attacking skills should produce different results but they just dont 020
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 26/08/2026Finally beat the Mermaid Mask last night! It's my game of the year by far, its just. *so* well done They took my biggest complaint from the first game, (weaker third act) and made it into tge games biggest strength (amazing third act). My friend and I aaaalmost figured it out before the reveal, too 2120
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 24/08/2026fucking rip centurions i was holding out hope theyd get a new model, they deserved better than the axe 230
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 20/08/2026Genuinely wonder what some of my classmates from high school are up to, but then I remember my classmates from high school and that wondering *mostly* fades would be fun to reconnect with a few of them, though! the only one I kept in contact with also turned out trans lol 040
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 20/08/2026I may do a duo run of Etrian Odyssey 2 while plugging away at primevil to stop myself from burning out again Thinking Landy/Gunner named Reynauld and Dismas? 020
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 20/08/2026as fun (/gen) as it is looking at documentation in a language i dont read that has likely sat untouched and unread for 15-17 years, the experience is soured a bit when my findings boil down to "the idea i was excited to try doesnt work and youre silly for wanting to do it" 000
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 20/08/2026ok so my secret weapon is bullshit and doesn't work, back to plan A 010
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 20/08/2026it may have been a month, but I'm back with a secret weapon. Primevil, your days are numbered. I *will* beat her solo. 020

Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 13/08/2026Ive been doing a lot of thinking about etrian superbosses and like... if I'm able to beat primevil then 6/8 of them will be confirmed possible solo. I've seen abyssal princess cleared with 2 members, but I've never seen Star Devourer cleared with less than 5. They pulled out all the stops for her 110
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 13/08/2026Back on my Etrian shit found a completed save file for the original ds version, my plan is to use save states to massively pare down on the amount of time it takes per attempt on the primevil rng manip. I just hope the rng seed is the same and this works- gotta do a bit of prep and grinding to see 040
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 12/08/2026Super hoping that the Mermaid Mask gets a physical release. Its my GOTY and immediately after finishing it I went back and played Tangle Tower, genuinely some of the best detective games ive ever played. I'd love to add them to my physical collection someday 020
Silena~🏳️⚧️ @westylin.bsky.social · 05/08/2026does anyone know if EO1 HD's fixed load seed is the same as the original's? if it is, it would make rng manipping long or difficult to find route seeds like Primevil *so* much easier 000
