Yes, hind-sight is 20-20. But, it was the DOJ's custom to indict the people at the bottom first. Get their testimonies and use them to indict the people at the top. Nobody thought Trump would actually have the gall to run for Pres again and if so, voters would'nt vote for him, if he did.
