In S2 E2, the historian is like "Americans didn't invent potato crisps! The British did 3 decades earlier!" and they make these wayyy too thick quarter-inch potato slices, from an old British cook book, and pretend it's the same.

In S1 E2, they compare milk chocolate by country, and not brand. So, they get what's obviously Hershey's chocolate to be American chocolate. And unsurprisingly almost everyone hates it except for a few Americans. But they're like "Eww who could eat this vomit chocolate?! 🤢🍫🤮"

the way you photographed this is actually extremely good. foreground has the leaf covering us and the subject that's hanging from it. background connects the leaf and subject back to the plant with a slight blur. all the important parts are well lit and the unimportant bits are shadowed.

pre-zipping my files on my phone is a bit too much overhead, and I'd need storage for the zipped file. MTP slow transfer problem has solutions, but I'm shocked at the inconvenience of it all. I wanna plug in my phone and quickly update my music library, but i gotta sit thru AOL transfer speeds.

also, despite being mid file transfer via wire connection, the computer can sleep and the phone can disconnect, causing the file transfer to fail, which is rly annoying.

got so fed up with how slow backing up my Android phone to Windows was, so i finally setup SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) over wifi, and it's insane how much faster it is. (12hrs estimate vs 3hrs)

one annoying thing abt making a game heavily inspired by PEAK is that i come to a lot of design decisions where i try to think of an improvement that fits my game better only to come to nearly identical design decisions as PEAK.
