Thanks Janja, your presentation & diagram was very useful. Thinking that it captures the two phases of this "assetization" of HE very well. Much like the enclosure movement (informal) & then the formal inclosures of parliament in England? The rural and the industry elites. Sorry about my obscure ??

The view from my accomodation is spectacular. It overlooks Pollock Beach, an eatery called Something Good Roadhouse and a portion of Piet Relief’s farm called Stranfontein. The first floor lounge of the Raddison Blu is good place to be a digital nomad (although drinks are a little pricey).
