I got help from an energy fund earlier in the year, so was briefly in credit but despite solar panels & not using any heat I’m about to have used that all up, then I’ll be back sliding into debt again 🫤 My consumption is as low as it can be but the standing charge rips me every month!

Well technically me too, except it didn’t have the humidity so it didn’t feel like the summer we had here 🥵 I didn’t enjoy spring as I was feeling crappy Jan until May so it’s nice to have a pleasant autumn, tho I know we need rain.

You have to remember you’re talking to someone who hasn’t used any heating in winter in over two years, so I’ve become even more acclimatised to cold - which is good because I won’t be able to afford it this winter either 😎😂

Yes it’s been unseasonably warm though it’s been good for me as the council have been doing repairs to the front of the house & windows & dry weather has been ideal! When they’ve finished I’ll be happy for rain.

I might’ve done it in the past, can’t now because it would fry my central nervous system too much 😵‍💫😄 Although no offence to Heaton park I think I’d want something a bit more scenic like a bridge over a river in a gorge or similar.

Ah yeh, I had a rescued stray & they’ve kind of seen it all before. Mine was never interested in staying out after dark, I think a few years of sleeping outside in all weathers made him appreciate the peace of being in at night.

Yeh it’s the emotional connection. As a Liverpool supporter I cheered as loud as any City fan when Aguero scored that last minute winner so they won the league instead of Utd 😄 You can’t put a price on those kind of sensations. It’s the excitement & jeopardy of the unknown or unexpected stuff.

And in PL football it has such a ripple effect due to the nature of a league & a whole series of games in a season, all the what ifs about not just who won the league but what results might’ve led to teams being relegated too. I can completely empathise with feeling furious.
