Until we get to ‘ Praise land’ and it’s closed! My mom a out did a National Lapoon’s Vacation and went crazy it was closed. We got back in the car and she says “ I’m gonna find my kids an amusement park damnit!”

The funnier story is Mom wanted to take us to PTL’s theme park, so I can’t remember the name so I just call it ‘praise land’ like from the Simpsons. My Mom drives us down there along the way we went to Graceland, we saw Loretta Lynn’s house( here husband ran away from us) and had some fun times.

My parents would get involved with various ministries with other crooks, we always left when we saw the truth. Jim’s downfall was not a surprise! Its why I struggle with religion, we’re taught things but as people get power over you they distort it.

We were brought on and apparently the late Dale Evans and Roy Rogers thought we wrre cute and held us. In 1978 we were brought back to see how we were, I vaguely remember this other than we had matching white fur coats.

Issues weren’t there any more. Do I credit ol Jim? No, I honestly don’t know what happened that day, but it landed us on PTL tv show!

One day as legend has it, J and I wete screaming and in pain from a hernia condition we had, and Jim happens to say that he is healing 2 little children crying in pain” spooky right? Then My mom says we went quiet, and we were fine. She and My dad had us medically checked out and the medical-

Jim Bakker is dead! So let me tell you the history with my family and PTL! 🧵 In 1976 we were born very premature with several health issues. My mom at that time was really into PTL, so she’d watch it. Jim would do this generic “ I’m praying and healing so in so-“ sort of thing -

Looks like Team Diamant is growing! We’ll be adding new comic titles with new team members! Joining our team are another writer, and a second colorist/inker( and maybe more!) We can produce more comics while mentoring new Creators who are starting at 0.

My first question always is what are the censorship guidelines?? While I don’t mind censoring on occasion I like my freedom, if 🍆 fits the scene it’s going to be there.

130

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Yeah new platforms promising the world everyone jumps over and it fizzles. Any more I wait a give it time then decide if I’m going to use them but anymore I’m keeping it to just a few I know accept my comic as it is. For me its where I and my vampires fit.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Exactly, I post new updates on our Studio site first. Lots of work involved but people want it easy.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

The biggest isn’t always the best if your comic doesn’t fit in, then you get angry and frustrated because of algorithms, or other creators success. You’ve got to work to get where you want to go.

000

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Comic platform ‘ wars’. All I do is tell Creators the options, and not just stay on one but branch out see what fits. Then you get people coming around and saying all that’s wrong with the other platforms. All platforms have their problems, but limiting your reach doesn’t make sense. Post everywhere

Side by side comparisons of the 2022 and 2026 panels for American Prince : Hell. 13 pages left to color. It’ll be ready for page updates later this month!

030

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

I was working on other panels so I wanted to remind myself that I’d colored this one already the white is for while I’m working on other panels and will be removed when I’m finished.

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

He did, only thing was he can’t take anything that was created in house .

020

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

He just kept hoping for things to get better. But Melting Pot Riot did so well over the summer on GC that J is bringing it back as prequel stories!

020

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

He’s got to, they have a reliance on copy cat behavior ( AI, tracing DC covers), the first comic was a hit ( all J’s doing with inking, lettering, editing and printing) but he gets 50 bucks! It made thousands of dollars in its run.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Was owed! I’ve been telling both of them to quit for months! I want Team Diamant to thrive again ( the team has just been me this year) so he’s refocusing on us again.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Yeah first they disrespected our colorist who works as a teammate with J. I them pay out of pocket every two weeks to work on our stuff( J’s work) but she wasn’t getting paid for her work and when she stood up for herself was called ‘disrespectful’ and also is getting a fraction of what she -

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

There’s an ‘ artist’ who is prioritized who basically traced AI, when called out got mad. Dude’s a tracer getting paid above everyone else. J is getting out and there was no NDA.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

I hate scammers in the comics biz. J worked like a dog all summer doing the work of five people, constant meetings, watching AI being used and warning them to stop- then instead of his proper pay promised gets a fraction??

010

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

6 panels stand in my way and American Prince : Hell redraw has all the inked pages completed. Fastest redraw because I’ve focused on how to make my panels and pages faster. I start coloring/lettering next week. After AP : Brinestone updates finish it will start updates on @kanme.bsky.social website

It needed a good cleaning, the apt complex puts the ACs on the roof. This is a new company who runs us, guy was astonished to hear this is the first time it’d been serviced in 3 years. The apt has super thick walls so it stayed comfortable thankfully.

010

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 18/09/2026

Heat kills so it should be that they fix asap or pay for a hotel for the tenant. Thankfully mine was fixed right away! By 10am it was working again.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

AC is fixed, due to being on the roof it just needed a good cleaning. Thankfully the weather was good and we stayed comfortable.

020

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

It’s an apartment so hopefully they can get it fixed quickly or give us a portable AC until they can. Usually temps over 100 are considered emergency.

110

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

It’s been several hours and thankfully it’s 75 in the apartment and cool breezes from the fans and outside make it okay. It’s supposed to go back into the 100’s though during the day and we need ac. My hbp meds make me sensitive to heat.
