A big Thanks to the GlobalComix readers world-wide who took a chance on a hot mess of a gay, sparsely updated vampire comic and got us to 58K pages read! The best preforming comic platform for my comics! #indiecomics #vampires

Last night was a ‘reboot’ night, shifting gears gives my brain a chance to reboot and go back to another project clearer headed. Here’s Raleigh same scene 2022 vs 2026 ( American Prince : Hell)

This reminded me of my little blue vampire, this is a book from 1968. It does kind of show the world that young Mal was growing up in though( the 60’s/70’s) and how he it shaped his struggles later in life.

As another #Pridemonth ends I’d like to thank @globalcomix.com for promoting our comics! We had an outstanding month with 9.2k page reads for all our titles combined and AP is number 3 LGBTQA drama genre popular last 30 days!

I’m doing more prep work on Nightfalls. I’m practicing drawing the team until they feel just as natural as the AP OCs. This comic will challenge me, but that’s the point! I can’t stay in comfort zones forever. #indiecomics #comicbookart

This is probably one of my fav panels I’ve done this year, an added page from issue AP 2. The NSFW version will go on Patreon first. I’ve wanted to show even after just meeting Mal, Raleigh wants him to feel comfortable and safe. #lovers #vampires

Working on the proof for the Kanme Slam 2 and I just saw my work in print and it translated over pretty good. Wasn’t sure how my watercolor style would work but it does, you just never know with digital comics.

Its no secret I have been working on making my line art stronger and trying to improve how I make comics. I’m teaming up with @jpaulbearer.bsky.social and @kanme.bsky.social and we’ve got a new comic coming in 2027 : Nightfalls. Supernatural action #indiecomics

panel #wip I use 3D models as a guide ( or my eyes would be super uneven) for my 1st draft. Then 2nd draft I sketch over the models. Mal is always in red and others will be in various colors. Final draft is ‘flip’ correct/ink. I’m a flipper because I lean a bit and this helps me correct that.

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 17/04/2026

More new vs old panel : looking so much better. It’ll look even better with color.

Returned back to work on redrawing issue 4 of American Prince. New panel vs old panel. This is why I felt the need to do it, I don’t even know what I was doing in the original panel. I keep saying I want my best foot forward. This is why. #indiecomics #drawing

My weird little vampire comic that doesn’t update as much as I wish I could has reached 40k views on @globalcomix.com ! I am celebrating 4 years now and while I’m slow working on it, it putters along nicely. I get steady page reads weekly and I am cool with that! globalcomix.com/read/06486d5...

I did my taxes this evening and I was so anxious ( I surprise owed last year) so I thought I would owe again. With relief I did not, and my Fed was already accepted too. My anxiety caused me to feel absolutely exhausted. My refresher was some ice tea and making cute art!

Aub Diamant @wearediamant.bsky.social · 15/02/2026

A panel from page 10 of the issue 4 redraw. I think the OG issue was only 11 pages, and I just started page 11 of the redraw. I’m glad I can finally fill in some information that should’ve been there in the original, but I was focused on short episodes/fast turn around in 2022, the story suffered.
