Editors took inventory of another 18 stories that have been submitted, after rejecting some weaker submissions and there is still a week to go. They are extremely pleased finally to see some disabled and LGBTQ voices coming in, and many countries represented! Making this very difficult.

Alistair Rey has come up for air from his editing his book. We've had some inquiries about selection timeline, and our deadline for submissions is end of March. Rey will be reviewing all submissions in April, to decide on the final list.

Alistair Rey has really brought his experience to this project! He set out to recruit 10 writers this winter - we've achieved that goal early! Current women writers include: Leoma Retan Anne Nydam Shannon Greenstein Sylvia Woodham Have many different voices among the men. Come on LADIES! 💙📚
