The developers behind the VW app have been making lots of little updates and improvements over the last year. The _most exciting_ one, for me, has to be the charging Live Activity they added in the latest update. #VW #EV

I picked up one of these UniFi travel routers and, thanks to Peak Design's birthday coupon, picked up another tech pouch for bigger trips. That one will be for times where the family comes along and we may want to bring an Apple TV or Nintendos and stuff.

I have a few Audible credits to use and I'm eying the Murderbot series, but I see they have standard audiobooks read by one person, or dramatized versions read by a cast of characters.. Based on the reviews I assume the single narrator is the better option? #books #AudioBook #murderbot

After sitting on it for over a year, I finally carved out the time to put the enclosure and upgrade kit on my Bambi P1P to convert it to a P1S. I also bought a bunch of airtight cereal boxes and put my filament spools and some silica beads in them to get them out of the open air. #maker #3DPrinting

Okay, I'm a real fan of this new transcripts feature in @overcast. The music notes to indicate where the theme song and ad breaks happen is killer on top of how nice it works for reading along and navigating an episode.

Also new in Admin Bar 5.8 is a widget, called Related. It lets you see the entries—that can be seen by the logged-in user—that are related to the current page entry. If the entry has a URL you can use this to pop over to that page and all entries show an edit button for easy editing. #CraftCMS

Admin Bar for Craft CMS 5.8 includes a new Queue widget. It works like the CP does, in that if a job is waiting in the queue it will attempt to run it on page load and it will display the status of the queue. You can also manually run the queue or jump to the Queue Manager. #CraftCMS

VW is offering a $100 rebate on NCAS to CCS adapters for folks who have bought VW EVs, so my wife and I picked up ours today. I'll still prefer to charge at Electify America and other places, but this opens up a lot more choices if we're in a pinch. #EV #VW

This year was a success! A little on the salty side, but overall we got 4 tasty batches. I asked my younger kid for flavor ideas and we went with two types of BBQ sauce, our usual cayenne/sugar, and for the wildcard we did a vanilla flavor using vanilla extract.

🥃 Admin Bar for Craft CMS 5.7.1 is out with a quick update to how API requests are displayed. The progress bar now fits the theme you choose and flashes to green when a successful API request is made. It'll flash red on error (like when Admin Bar can't reach the CMS). #CraftCMS #CMS

If the full bar color is too much, the height of the bar is adjustable in CSS. Also, the colors of the 3 states (blue, green, and red) are customizable to fit with your website's branding 💅

The last of my UniFi cameras is up! This one took a while to run Ethernet from the basement through the exterior of the house, plus I didn't want to permanently install it into the soffit because it might need to move in the future. Painted aluminum worked for a nice temporary mounting setup.
