Wouter Mol @wbmol.bsky.social · 09/09/2026In other words, think twice before you throw a research proposal in an AI model for feedback. But maybe this is pointless, once you digitize your idea it will, at some point and intentionally or not, leak it to the internet and be ingested as training data. 000

The best this article can do is say “this has been a year like no other”. Heatwaves are hotter because of climate change, predominantly driven by burning fossil fuels. www.bbc.co.uk/weather/arti...bbc.co.ukAmber heat health alerts for almost all of England as next heatwave beginsThe amber alerts will be in place until Friday evening to cover high and even extreme temperatures expected through this week. 46025

Wouter Mol @wbmol.bsky.social · 28/06/2026What a privilige to be part of this record heat... Tonight's forecast minima are even crazier: Geosphere's AROME-EPS has 26-29C, DWD's ID2-EPS ~24-27C. Daily mean temperature is going to be well over 30C and therefore a huge record. 010

However, this suggests that yet more extreme heat is possible in the next few weeks, which is made more likely and intense by climate change driven by burning fossil fuels. 39040
