🏥 Patients and staff in St Albans, Watford and West Hertfordshire desperately need a new hospital at Watford General. The Conservatives betrayed us claiming a new hospital was fully funded. It wasn’t. Now the Labour government have delayed it, despite it being shovel ready. 📺 My questions here:

We can’t wait another decade before the rebuilding of Watford General even starts. Patients and staff deserve so much better. Labour Ministers and MPs need to get on with it and deliver the funding needed for this vital project. @ianstotesbury.bsky.social

Happy New Year! Looking forward to 2025: improvements outside St Mary’s, Watford Colosseum reopening, supporting local charities My one wish for 2025 is that the government provides the full funding to redevelop Watford General hospital. Wishing you health & happiness in 2025

Thank you to Hand on Heart for their generous gift of 'rough sleeper bags' to the Haven. The bags contain a tracksuit, underwear, thermals, gloves, a hat and wipes - vital items for someone who is experiencing homelessness. Lovely to see @watfordmayor.bsky.social as well! 💙
