I'm worried 😔 I'm going to talk to my therapist about starting HRT tomorrow, but I don't know what she is going to tell me. She's already "undiagnosed" me with dysphagia because I haven't been talking about it. I know I need hormones. But I'm worried I'll never get them.

Okay, I'm just going to do it. I have my next therapist appointment in 2 days, and I'm going to give this to her. It talks about how I am seriously considering HRT and want to know what the steps are where I live. I'm worried, but I need to do this.
