Don't let your library amplification mix have you slippin’. Polymerase slippage creates false indels in homopolymers & repetitive regions - especially problematic for MSI profiling. Equinox Prime reduces indel errors so repeat lengths better reflect biological reality. #SkipTheSlip #NGS #Genomics
