Him to go down from there without letting him up. First time he did that it all clicked for him and now he does stairs without a second though. This was not a fast process, and took a lot of rewarding and trying the regular vs special treat method, but maybe it can give you some ideas. Hope it helps

Stairs. We walked up to the sheet and tried working down from it so he was doing a few at a time. Then we started from the top and got him to walk down to the sheet and once he was able to do that, we got him to walk down to the sheet and then removed the sheet and spent as long as we needed to get

Treats are great but sometimes you have to show them it in parts. My dog couldn't do stairs when we got him, even for treats. We eventually found out he could go up them but not down so we worked with up for a bit. The next thing we did it put a sheet up so he wasn't working with the full

Told myself I needed to get up early regardless of how little sleep I got. Felt how tired I was when snoozing my alarm, and asked myself "how am I gonna wake up to do what I need to do" and then the muscle in my leg seized 😅. Having your leg cramp while stuck in a sleeping bag is interesting!

I played in a golf tournament today (nont pdga offical), its was my first double tournament and we tied for 3rd from last which was pretty sick! Once again I learned that it takes me about 9 holes to get into the grove and that is continuously a problem I wish I knew how to remedy 😅
