First pass of the plugin manager was in 32.2 last year and supported enable/disable from in OBS. It got a face lift for 33.0 with a TON of backend cleanup and structural work by finite for the next steps.

Playing around with trying to make docks a bit better in OBS. Ignore the temp icons. A lot of learning and experimenting to get to this result. Like a solid 24 hours of effort reading docs and trying different approaches.

Latest bit of work on the audio mixer. I managed to optimize the way the widgets get reordered which made it an order of magnitude faster. ~40ms down to ~4ms I also was able to get rid of the little jump/flicker when new items are added to the list
