Had a weird therapy appointment today where my therapist suggested that I may find church or something similar helpful Now I’m out here googling lgbtq+ nyc churches and seeing what their values are (a couple ones seem to be more progressive but will need to avoid the episcopal priest I slept with)

Some consuming this weekend I forgot to post about: Most recent episodes of AHS 13 were surprisingly good cause witches Finished Carrie and loved it tbh, a modernized twist on the original novel Saw The Imaginary Invalid (play with Rachel Bloom) and enjoyed it. It was rather wacky and fun

I upped my dumbbell weight for the first time ever (I’m not trying to get jacked, I’m trying to feel good physically) and my body is already like “you should’ve increased sooner…” But I’d spent the past 1.75 years increasing work out length so I guess adding heavier weights is next logically now
