To be clear: I’m not anti-AI. That genie’s out of the bottle. The real question isn’t whether AI exists. It’s whether we shape it or it shapes us. Heavy regulation, ethical deployment, and worker protections could make this genuinely good. The potential is real. So is the risk.

Yes, AI will replace some jobs. That’s reality. But here’s the question: who benefits from the productivity gains? If companies capture 100% of the upside while workers get pink slips, we’ve failed. The dividend should be a 4-day work week. Better balance. Healthier humans.

Correct, corporations aren’t just going to stop at wanting a replacement, but a boost. Also, LLMs will still need managing and monitoring. Any of these companies that dive head first in building tools quickly will find themselves with a headache of issues in maintenance.

Agreed, I find for anything writing review or summary it’s hit or miss. But software development has a higher success rate of staying on task and within the scope of your request.
