Fortunate enough to hear the guy behind Andy’s Man Club talk for 30 mins the other day. Really straight talking muscly northerner chatting sense. Main point I took was you can’t do any harm from talking to someone about how they’re feeling and then these chats get easier in future.

I think if we’d got players in earlier and had a proper pre season we could be in the top 3 or 4. Opposition so far have been bang average but we seem to allow a oppo playmaker to dictate play - see Chair, Schmoditz and to a lesser extent Morishita
