There is a package for numbering paragraphs independently from page and section numbers. Not sure if it fits your use case exactly but can't hurt to check it out typst.app/universe/pac...

POV You're on a date with Xenia
Point of view: Xenia the Linux fox is grabbing you by the hand, bringing you inside her room. She says "I lied, there's no Netflix. Instead I have a local Jellyfin server with twenty terabytes of pirated media."

Worth a watch: Head of Signal, Meredith Whittaker, on so-called "agentic AI" and the difference between how it's described in the marketing and what access and control it would actually require to work as advertised.

An even better solution from @briansmith.bsky.social: you can set an MSRV *just for clippy* via clippy.toml. This will configure a variety of lints to behave as if you were using that version to run clippy, including the collapsible_if one. Back to fearless toolchain updates!

'dead as disco' is currently my favorite game because it's the first rhythm game ive seen in a while that lets you import your own music, and once you set the BPM right the rest just works, and it is SO. SO. SATISFYING, even if the core gameplay so far is actually very simplistic. like. LOOK. MMMFF.

Something I really like about the current wave of indie 3D platformers is the variety of styles available. To give some examples: Want a classic-style collectathon? There's games like "A Hat in Time", "Cavern of Dreams", and upcoming games like "Rad Venture" and "Kero Quest 64". (1/8)

What if Rust but as a scripting language! rust-script.org
“rust-script
Run Rust files and expressions as scripts without any setup or compilation step.

With rust-script Rust files and expressions can be executed just like a shell or Python script.
Features include:
>> Caching conpiled artifacts for speed.
>> Reading Cargo manifests enbedded in Rust scripts.
>> Supporting executable Rust scripts via Unix shebangs and Windows file associations.
>> Using expressions as strean filters (i.e.
for use in command pipelines).
>> Running unit tests and benchmarks from scripts.
You can get an overview of the available options using the -help flag.”Scripts
One primary use for rustscript ts for running Rust source files as

Under the hood, a Cargo project will be generated and buflt (with the Cargo output hidden unless compilation fails or the -C/--cargo-output option is used). The first invocation of the script will be slower …
As seen fron the above example, using a fn main() (} function is not required. If not present, the script file will be wrapped in a fn main( ... ) block.
rust-script will look for enbedded dependency and manifest infornation…
