I should prolly be more social in other places in response to this rather than isolate myself and be avoidant but that was already hard to do. Now getting close to people online or offline feels like even more of a mistake, but I know that's something I need to push past.

Good on them! But their last paragraph also highlights a problem we have arrived at: people (some) can't differentiate between LLMs/GenAI and npc AI or procgen in a game. I'm seeing it more and more online. Words matter and this is just another thing these mfers have tainted with their grift.

The algorithm has had it out for me. It does not show most of my posts to people anymore. Occasionally, I'll get a like or RT from someone who used to be around more often. So it's not like I'm muted, or hard shadow banned. Just not preferred by the 'FYP', which is why I hate FYP as default.

Ben Reilly is an easy fix in the comics. Have him recover but keep his new powers as a Super Powered Evil Side and treat it like the Kyuubi in Naruto, or Hollow Ichigo. When Peter is low he can tap into his determination for a power boost. When Ben gets low he becomes a Chasm that others fall into.

Oh god. While I would love to see more of Kaine, this could go so badly in so many ways. Then again a bad adaption of the Clone Saga, would also be the most faithful to the source material. You would have to go above and beyond to be worse than the original. This may be the safest arc to adapt.
