Shortly after the house was built, and before I turned up, my parents decided a cat (Jack) was in order. Mum was the radiographer at the local hospital and the hospital cat had recently produced kittens. Boots developed this film on 17/8/57 at a cost of 7/0 #Caturday @catsofyore.bsky.social

Wingy ants emerging from a compost bin. They're probably also caffeinated as that's the one that gets the kitchen waste, including used coffee grounds.

In fact... In an actual NASA image the chute on the right has all the stripes aligned, the one at the bottom has the centre panel rotated and the top one has both the centre panel and the outer ring offset.

The traditional start of festivities in the UK.
Noddy Holder, lead singer of the group Slade, saying "It isn't christmas unil I say it is". Towards the end of their single "Merry Christmas Everybody" Mr H loudly states "It's christmas" thus beginning the festive season in the UK and other civilised parts of the world. With luck hearing this can be avoided until christmas eve...
