vorbis @vorbis.bsky.social · 27/08/2026It’s a journey going from “I don’t want to have to use/wear that” to “look at what this thing helps me do” but the other side of that journey is better. (Give yourself grace pls) 120

vorbis @vorbis.bsky.social · 20/08/2026This is so true! One thing that helped me contextualize it was reading that anxiety triggers your parasympathetic system. So even if you are able to conquer the mental aspect of triggers etc, the body still undergoes a rising/falling response that generally takes 22 minutes. 110
vorbis @vorbis.bsky.social · 15/08/2026maybe I’m just a sucker for Chicago blues. That would shock no one tbh 100

vorbis @vorbis.bsky.social · 09/08/2026Not hard to see the seeds of IN THE MOOD FOR LOVE in there, as well. I watched it recently and was spellbound. The mirror/reflection aspect on the climactic Maggie scene was breathtaking. I literally didn’t breathe during it 110

vorbis @vorbis.bsky.social · 30/07/2026It’s so much easier to do this when the underlying story is anything better than bs. That’s the tricky part for me a lot of the time. Sure it looks cool but the story is nonsense so who cares 010
