iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

The amount of deeply profound existential dread I experienced from Severance season 1 is wild. I don't normally relate to stuff in that way. The only things that have come even close are specific scenes in Nope.

Installed 5 new dimmer switches in my house this morning. Discovered that the office lights are in the same circuit as the bathroom.

my trash co has 2 calendars, one regular operations and one holidays. If a holiday recognized by the co appears before your scheduled day in the week, your actual day is offest by a day, unless there is snow, then they maintain their schedule because they double as plows. Winter holidays are hell

I've been troubleshooting lock ups on a work machine and ive installed windows like 5 times now. Had to nuke my personal computer to put windows on it so I can keep working while we RMA it. Blah! What distro are you thinking? And what DE are you looking at? So many good options now!

The unbearable urge to sarcastically respond to people with "Let me chatGPT that for you" and give them a completely unrelated link.

Shadowdark is absolutely fantastic! I have mixed thoughts on the various borgs, but still fun with the right mindset. Salvage Union surprised me, I think having essentially 2 different character sheets for in and out of mech creates really interesting party utility
