It's hard to pick a favourite because I have piles of photos of all 3 of my dogs, but it was rare to get all 3 to pose in a group pic. This is the beagle, shortly after her arrival when our yard became a cat-free zone. This was before she became too heavy and strong-willed to be picked up.

My flatcoat retriever who passed the rainbow bridge back in 2023 LOVED cats and kittens and was even known to help groom them, and they weren't afraid to come round to our yard and visit..... right up until the beagle arrived.

Pretty sure most of that "gold" is at best really fine leaf and at worst completely faux. I've never been keen on it as a decorative element either. I prefer gratuitous amounts of chrome. It's blue-collar bling.
