My favorite grinding trick in colosseum is putting an EXP share on the Pokémon you want to level and having it in your 2 main battle slots essentially giving it 3/4 of the exp

That’s generally what I agree with, I was considering doing a quad hunt since that’s like, what all the hunters I grew up watching did but it feels a bit weird to me only have a single physical copy of the game…

thank you, generally i always prefer playing on actual hardware over emulation but with pokemon emulation has always been a big hurdle for me. i guess with the way things are currently i should just get over it and do whats best for me :p

would you guys think less of me as a shiny hunter if i hunted on an emulator and transfered to the actual game? i prefer playing on actual system for a number of reasons but because of my schedule and stuff shiny hunting in colosseum on my actual gamecube is a bit out of reach for me right now </3

Level 100 before the first gym update: This is the results of my lunch break and after work grinding. I wasn’t totally into it as I was doing other things primarily but I’d say this is a nice pace! Bleep evolving was also very cool :)

update of sorts, bleep is at level 32 and i now have a total of 23 rare candies! hopefully if all goes well within a few days bleep should be at level 100 and ready to run to kyogre!

its only viable if like. 90% of the encounter table is the pokemon you are after i hunted frosmoth via brilliant only at path to the peak and it was just about the only pokemon off the top of my head id say the method is entirely viable for

the paradox duo live on in a sort of eon ticket way where if you know someone who still has those dens saved you can get them by joining their raids, but otherwise theyre all weirdly exclusive as it is i think victini technically isnt available either but we still have ways to get that event kinda

the oras latis are a really good answer. you dont need to catch them or even have beaten the game, theyre just given to you. id say the biggest issue with them is you do still need to get a chunk of the way in to reach them

the biggest issue with pokeball plus mew, is much like ranger, its not limited to one per save file but one per a controllers entire life if my memory isnt failing me. that creates a big barrier to finding a fresh one today

i personally think its because of how disconnected it actually is from any main quest. if you went through all of that with hoopa only to be rewarded with a shiny one at the end instead itd feel kinda weird? same with floette, youd have AZs floette and then... homes floette.

I’m so awesome part 5 This Pokédex sucks to complete, and forgive me if I’m wrong, but is this the only mythical that actually full stop requires you own the game to get? The mega dex only updates if you get their stones in ZA right? Either way I wish it was magearna but cool regardless!

Frankly after trying really hard to find a rule I don’t think there is one. They just kinda pick a Pokémon to release I really dislike that they chose enamorous for it in pla but it’s not like they’d update the game to have a better candidate

So like… what’s the rule. There is none I think. Manaphy is basically nothing in bdsp besides the event from when it released. ENAMOROUS ISNT EVEN A MYTHICAL!!! It drives me mad they’re really just doing shit
