DON'T run or resist arrest, as this could escalate the situation.
If you are a passenger, remain silent. In Washington state, law enforcement can't ask passengers in vehicles for ID without reasonable suspicion.

ASK FOR A WARRANT. Look for the words "Judicial Warrant" or a judge's signature. An ICE warrant without a judge's signature does not allow them to enter your home or vehicle.

REFUSE A SEARCH OF YOURSELF OR CAR, including your trunk and glove compartment. But if police generally believe that your car contains evidence of a crime, your car can be searched without your consent.

LEAVE. if you are not under arrest. Ask the officer "Am I free to go?"
If ICE says no: Use your right to remain silent and ask to talk to a lawyer.
If ICE says yes:
Drive away when the officer is at a safe distance away.
